Foundation Funding
 The focus of funding is on teacher-initiated projects that encourage,
facilitate, recognize and reward creative and well-designed instructional
approaches to learning. Funds are used to facilitate student achievement and
skill development,
recognize and encourage staff excellence, and expand community involvement from
individuals, businesses and civic organizations.
To date, the Rockwall ISD Education Foundation has awarded more than $136.427.67
for 121 Innovative Teaching Grants within the Rockwall Independent School
District. With continued support of the Rockwall Independent School District and
the enthusiastic support of the community, the Education Foundation, Inc. will
continue to encourage Rockwall ISD students and educators to “Reach Beyond” and
achieve excellence in education.
