Julie Burton Receives Memorial for Father, James Hilton
The Rockwall ISD Education Foundation, Inc. recognized Ms. Julie Burton at the
November Board of Directors meeting. Numerous memorials were presented to the
Education Foundation in memory of her father, James Hilton and a plaque was
presented to Ms. Burton. Mr. Hilton loved children and had been a school bus
driver for 20 years. While talking about her father, Ms. Burton said that he
would have been so touched to have his life commemorated with this memorial.
