B.E.S.T. Teachers receive Incentive from Education Foundation
The Rockwall ISD Education Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors voted unanimously
to support first year teachers, known as BEST – Beginning Educators, Successful
Teachers. Each first-year teacher received $200 to be used for classroom
supplies or materials. Board President Karan Clements made the presentations.
